Request deletion
Email the published Retirement Lists support contact from the address associated with your account and ask for account deletion or personal-data deletion.
What we remove
Deletion requests cover account profile details, saved-city records, and personal account identifiers that are not required for legal, security, or operational records.
What may remain
Aggregated analytics, server logs, and operational records may remain when they no longer identify a person or when retention is required for security and legal reasons.
Timing
Requests are reviewed and processed as soon as practical after the account owner can be verified.
